We had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a fantastic pool area and a private beach that made it feel like a true getaway. Although the staff were mostly welcoming, a few seemed a bit unapproachable, which was a slight downside. The dining experience could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety and flavor. Overall, it was a enjoyable family-friendly resort experience, perfect for relaxation.
My stay at Club Tuana was a mixed bag. While the beautiful grounds and excellent food offerings stood out, the experience was heavily impacted by inadequate room conditions for some guests, and communication issues at the reception. There were plenty of activities for the kids, which was a big plus for our family. However, I wouldn't rate it as a luxury experience overall.
This hotel has some fantastic features, including well-maintained grounds and a spacious beach area, making it a pleasant place for families. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed, and the dining options were varied enough to cater to different tastes. However, the rooms felt outdated and cleanliness was sometimes a concern, particularly with our linens. The location is a bit far from any attractions, requiring transport to explore the area.
The hotel provides a peaceful getaway with comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. The food variety is quite impressive, and the grounds are beautiful. However, there were issues with room cleanliness and some inconvenience regarding smoke exposure, which could detract from an otherwise lovely experience.
We just returned from an unforgettable two-week stay at Club Tuana! The resort provided an amazing blend of relaxation and fun for our entire family. The highlight was definitely the food, which was extraordinary with a plethora of choices. The only small downside was the occasional hit-and-miss with Wi-Fi connectivity. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and look forward to returning.
